Brain Controlled Robotics

Brainwave Controlled Robotics workshop will let us learn to digitize analog electrical brainwaves to power the user interface of games, education and research applications. Participants will ultimately be able to control robots and other devices through your mind! So this will be an opportunity to learn the art of making robots which are controlled by the signals coming from your mind. With this workshop participants will integrate Brainwave technology and Robotics (which generally involves a microcontroller, actuators, power supply, etc.) to conceptualize and design complex systems in order to harness the power of mind in the form of brainwaves.

Prerequisites:-

Can access computer system and make use of internet to perform search over Google.

Need to Prepare?

Prior programming experience is not required.

Tools Expected:-

Windows OS based PC, Smart phone with Internet, Notebook and Pen

Tools Provided (for the session):-

Arduino Development board, IR sensor, Brainwave starter kit, Bread Board, A to B USB Cable, Resistor, LEDs, Chassis, Motors Jumper wires and Reference Materials

Concepts:-

Embedded C, Arduino IDE, ICS, Microcontroller, Microprocessor,PWM, Brainwaves Communication Protocols, Sensors, Motors, Actuators etc.

Summary:-

This workshop will be addressed basics of robotics and embedded system mechanism. Participant will have hands on with different electronics components and sensors to build a automated self decision system using Embedded C programming concepts. At final stage our participants will have a robot which can be controlled through brain signals.
